I'm not here to intentionally ruin a company's reputation. Only to make others aware of my issues with them. I bought a stage 2 performance trans for my 04 dodge ram from sharadon performance. After installation I had major shifting issues with third gear. Come to find out, the valve body in the trans from sharadon was faulty. So Denny sent me a new one to fix the issue. Only problem with that was it took an entire month and numerous phone calls and e-mails to get the replacement valve body to me. During that month, i also noticed a steady drip coming from the front of the transmission bell housing. I ended up having to take the truck to the dealer to have the leak fixed. The local dealer removed the transmission and found that Sharadon had nicked/torn one of the seals on the front pump when he was putting it together. I informed Denny at sharadon of my issues and he said there was no way he could have made that mistake and that the leak was somehow my fault, despite the receipt that i sent him from the dealership stating otherwise. All in all, I bought a $2500 transmission from their company that ended up costing me $3300 in all and it took over a month just to get a working transmission. Denny has since stopped answering my phone calls and will no longer respond to my e-mails. Buyers beware. And if you want proof, I will send you the receipt from the dealer and all of the e-mails ive saved from sharadon.

That's all great and good but you didn't say WHERE this company is.
