Ok guy i am having a problem with my neon srt4. The car keeps idleing at 1500 i have replaced the iac and the tps and both wires and the car is still idleing high. Sometimes when i drive my car and let go of the clutch in 2nd gear it seems to glide and drive itself like if sone ones foot is on the gas. The only code i got on my car is the powersterring switch. If anybody could give me an idea of what it could be.
Sorry, the only thing I can come up with, is disconnect the battery to rest the computer. See if that changes anything? Does the car have an aftermarket tune? If so, maybe there is a problem in there. EDIT: also, replacing the power steering switch is about as difficutl as changing a spark plug. I'd recomend fixing that, and seeing what happens.
Thanks man i will disconnect the battery today and ill put the new ps switch in on saturday. The car does not have a after market tune. Ill keep u upated to c if any of those work
