So your tired of the factory wing/spoiler and want to remove it but low and behold it leaves 4 holes on your trunk. Well here's a solution, a cheap solution at that.

    Materials needed:
    Mopar Color Match Spray Paint
    Dupli-Color Clearcoat Spray Paint
Push Tabs (found these at AutoZone)
Rubber Hose (size that will fit snug on the push tabs)
    RTV Gasket Sealant/Maker

    1. Find a good box or something to place the Push Tabs standing straight up. Start to paint them with your Mopar spray paint doing about 5 coats or so. Make sure you let it try atleast 10 minutes between each coat.

    2. Time to clearcoat the push tabs. Put anywhere between 3-5 coats of clearcoat. Make sure you let it try atleast 10 minutes between each coat.

    3. Once they are dry they are ready to install. Do these steps one by one. Take a push tab and put RTV on the bottom of the push tab where it will rest up against the trunk... enough to seal the push tab up against the trunk. Cut a piece of hose about 3 inches long. Put the push tab through the trunk hole, hold it tight and push the piece of hose from inside the trunk into the push tab till its up against the trunk. Close your trunk. Wipe off any excess RTV with a paper towel. Repeat these steps for each push tab.

Once done, it should look like this:

If your paint underneath the spoiler looks that good....mine was/is fuxxored.

Looks good though. I used clear silicone instead of RTV...

not too bad.. i found some nicer plugs at ACE hardware that had like 1/16" bigger radius than the actual holes. so they were like 1/4" in diameter instead of 3/4" or so like those plugs.. still nice..

i had my plugs in for like a week, and got sick of the 'regular neon' look of the ass end.

also, the snaps plugs at ACE hold really tight, just an FYI..

    the plugs look painted well.

    good job.

    Thanks everyone!

Whats funny is 3 out of the 4 holes on my trunk are the same size. The 4th was small. So one of the push tabs popped right in and was snug.

There's different size push tabs, its all up to whoever is doing it on what size they would like to use. This will be my 4th time removing my spoiler/wing. My decision is now final and it will stay wingless.
