LED foglights?

b]The SRT-4 foglight bulb is a 893 [/b]by the way. I went back to the the texonstore and saw these: (Had previously bought 3000k bulbs there before.)

They offer them in a 893 too. Never seen these before on a car yet.

Anyone have any expierence with them?

 

Never seen those before... look pretty cool. Would like to see them installed on an SRT-4 (fog light's on and fog lights off) to see what they look like.

 

I would like to go HID fogs but thats another $120. Should I give them a shot?

 

you should see the led lights that are being used on the humvee's and mrap's. brighter then hid's.

One of the Caliber guys installed these and seemed to like them. I may take the plunge and try them here sometime soon. Let me know how you like them and how the light output compares.

I doubt the light output isn't much at all. But they "look bright" Not sure if I want to bite the bullet or not. $58 shipped to $18 shipped. $40 difference.

 

Agree, plus its really hard to capture how bright LEDs are on a camera. You can only really see them in person to compare.
