Just got these new tires. Lexani LX-4000 315/35ZR20s at $140 a piece. 2.76" wider than my original stock tires and 1.58" wider than my 275/45/20s. More meat? HECK YEAH!!!
Kewl. That's a whole lot of rubber for that price. Hurry up and drive around on them so we can get your initial impressions.
I love the tires. They handle really well and they grip pretty well too. I usually can't spin them at all unless I went on some gravel or got them wet.
New tires? I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon with about 85,000 miles on it; tires have never been changed. Winter's coming up (I moved to Denver 2 years ago from LA...winters are bad here) and I admit I'm not knowligable when it comes to cars, but I just did the penny check on them. The 2 back tires are fine, but the front tires are bald... so when I get my tires changed, do I just change the front two or all four? Also, how long does the process take, and about how much can I expect to pay?
