Hey it doesnt hurt to ask and alot can be accomplished in that time. So what were not alowed to ask for 8-12wks?? Idc how small of an update it would be, I was just curious
They - Dana at Autotech - said they'd have an update in about two weeks, a week ago - specifically, that they'd have an idea on scheduling availability of the first unit for set up and testing, and then how long it would take to get the first run completed after the tester was vetted to satisfaction. I am guessing sometime next week maybe we get an update. Dana has my email and he's been good about emails in the past. I am guessing he's also in touch with Eddie or Cliff at SHR from time to time as well. No harm in asking. Technically, that's an update.
Yeah, little nudge down the road. Watched pot doesn't boil. I don't bother the guy much. They seem excited about the project. Sooner or later they'll have something good to report.
Hello All! First thing... Happy new year! We should have an update this coming week! Hopefully they will be ready to ship this month.
Does anyone know if the wavetrac will come with an install kit with a new set of bearings and some assorted shims? I'd think it would be worth changing the bearings since they're not expensive as opposed to reusing the old ones. Just wondering since we're getting closer.
Update today from Dana: "Should have the first article diffs completed by 3/18. The process is going slower than hoped, but at least all the parts in in process now, and its just a matter of running through the system. I will speed it up any chance I have, but am confident that we can meet the March date." So there you go. That's the latest, with a date to which we can look forward. G
