I heard the same thing, I know someone that's been waiting months on something, that's really uncharacteristic of BT. Give em time, they'll get to you, BT is first rate all the way!

Thanks guys. I have only heard good things about BT as well. I only wanted to make sure that my stuff wasn't lost in the mail or something like that. It is not urgent that I get my stuff right now. I will wait to hear from them.
