New LC 6.1 Modified record holder running a LMI intake!!!!

TVRob on lxf was down at Bradenton with me and set, I should say smashed the old 6.1 modified record for the Challengers. He ran 11.59 with just heads/cam/long tubes,cai, cat back....... best part is, he is running one of my fender mount "True" cold air intakes!!!

Very Cool; well you can't get much better than that!!!!

 

Rob's car was truly impressive in Bradenton. He would have even lowered that ET if he could have been able to mount the skinnies.

BTW, there's also a LM intake on the quickest stock block 6.1 with a power adder.

 

what would one of those intake run me legmaker iam interested in one

 

jclc - the fender mount "true" cold air intakes run 324.99 plus shipping. includes everything you need, including an 18" extension harness for the IAT sensor. this allows you to relocate the sensor closer to the incoming cool air for better readings!! I have them in stock and ready to ship!!!

 

good point rob!!! i have my intakes on two of the fastest 6.1's in the country!!! lol now i just need to get peter parker and budoboy on board!!! lol

 

It might be just enough to get one of those guys into the 10's. Just think how much weight they will save by going with carbon fiber.

RDP. I have it powdercoated black with black elbow so it looks similar to your setup. I looked at the Stack Bullet but don't like the tube getting necked down suddenly at the throttle body.

 

gotcha...... if you ever decide to lighten things up a little more, let me know!!!! i know how you like to put your car on a diet to go faster!!! lol
