Going to get one of these finally.. Does the Satin scratch easily? I was pulled between Satin and Clear Anodized.. Also, is it difficult to empty it whole in the basic mount option? Thanks Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk
I would say YES they do scratch easily; however I'm very careful with mine and they still look new. As far as mounting to the standard mount, when I did that I could NOT get mine to stand straight up due to the "nub" on the back of the radiator, so I mounted mine to my ABS cover and very easy to empty NOW!
I hate being the impatient type and want the satin one since I can get I now.. However, from my readings, the clear anodized will be better toward resisting scratches. I just don't want to wait. Lol.
