I'm pretty much drunk and stuffed like a pig. Thanks to Rick for his AWESOME Turkey, Sweet potato caserole, and fried corn... and like 4 piences of pie.
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, 2 large pieces of sourdough bread, plate plate with dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, several slices of turkey breast, a 1 lb cut of medium rare prime rib, a couple of pieces of Yorkshire pudding, a little cranberry sause, a little creamed spinach, iced tea, water, 2 capucinnos, and a piece of pecan pie wiht caramel sause. The turkey wasn't the only thing stuffed. I had 3 of the 5 shrimp, Cindy had 2. I only ate about 1/3 of the potatoes and stuffing, 2/3's of the turkey, and 3/4's of the prime rib. Lawry's Prime Rib in Las Vegas. Fantastic meal. We had Thanksgiving dinner their last year also.
all i gotta say is after cooking for 3 days...i was gonna eat anything and everything within my reach...and will go do so again today :tooth:
today is leftover day. stuffed my face hardcore last night. thanks to all the triptofam i was out around 11:30ish. i hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving.
i can't remember feeling this bloated the next day!!! stuffed my face with anything that i could see!!! there were soooo many desserts that i could have been stuffed from just that!!! i think we get into a food trance when so much is in fromt of us, that common sense seems to disappear and we stuff ourselves into a coma!!! hahahahaha *legmaker walks off with pumkin pie hanging from his chin...*
haha the best part of only being Maureen and myself for turkey day is that ALL of the leftovers stay here. WOOT.
