Couple of car-related things. When I'm stopped at a light she starts hollering "Go! Go!" from the backseat. She still loves riding around in her little red car when she visits her grandmother, even likes to flip up the hood and mess around inside. She still goes out like a light when I floor it on the on-ramps. I do think I heard her say whee when I was taking a large sweeping ramp one time. And she still plays with her little 300. :happy:

 

all i have to say is you better not sell the car anytime soon or she will pitch a fit for a long time

Went out to dinner with family last night so of course, we had to dress her up.

 

Oh and today marks 21 months!! Just 3 months until *gasp* she's two!! :maddy:

It looks like developmentally she's doing fine with no signs that the prematurity had any negative effects on her *knock on wood*. She's getting decent at using forks and spoons, has a vocabulary of almost 20 words, likes to dance... a lot and has started trying to dress herself and likes to say bye and has an abundance of self-confidence. She actually intimidated a german shepherd at the playground. She just walked up and said "Dog!" and the dog tried to bail away with its owner. :grin:

 

From the playground yesterday. She was having fun peeking out at me, so I took advantage and got some iphone pics. Sorry, didn't lug the canon with me, but definitely next time. :maddy:

 

I felt like this when I woke up today

 

I never expected the batch of magnets in a Top Gear magazine would be such a fun toy for her. She spent a good half hour moving the magnets around and saying "Cah! Cah!"
