NO Xplode did or still does contain a herbal form of Ephedrine...at least in Canada. I took it for a while, and I tell ya, I HAD to take it no later than 2PM...otherwise....eeek. I'd be up fo sho at night no matter how hard I trained. The NO does flood the muscle nicely during a workout...and if you get home in time and wifees around...she will thank you for it lol.
