Mike, is that powder coated and then highlighted with the flames??. Or did you smooth that out and paint it??. either way, that's fricking sick!.

It was powdercoated Gloss black, three coats as a matter a fact too smooth it out and to act as a thermal barrier (works pretty well mani runs about 40-50 degrees cooler). Then it was sent out to a local airbrush artist we use on a regular basis for the flames and the candy purple topcoat.
Mike, that is BEAUTIFUL work my friend. Now I KNOW I will send you out my Calipers. That is proof that my flames can be mimiced. Very well done.

Sweet, this past year on the SEMA run. One of the guys had a purple manifold he had coated twice. Wow, what a time saver.
I don't think I ever posted pic's of my red set-up over here. This manifold was smoothed and then coated.
