DAMN ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! I just had my coilovers installed. It would have been nice to have Pedders on my neon. What adjustments are on there? I do not see camber. Is this mostly a height adjustable coilover? I see damper there as well to start, red will match your SRT8 calipers!!!! Red is beautiful!! LOL There are several adjustments that are made: 1. There is a prescribed preload that we will want on the coil itself. This is done by adjusting the coil spring lower seat. 2. Then the height of the front end is adjusted by threading the struts in/out of the bracket that connects the coil over to the lower control arm. Being able to do this is a big deal. This means spring travel is no affected, no matter what height you put it at, plus the springs will be more balanced, and preloads will always be the same. Other coil overs require adjusting the lower spring seats to raise/lower the coils, this means you are changing the static spring lloads and changing coil travel. 3. Then there is the monotube strut itself. These are mono tubes instead of twin tubes that use an external oil resevior. Pedders has resisted the usage of mono tubes because in general, there is a major sacrifice is ride quality. Pedders has been working on the design for years and came of with the correct vvalve designs so you can have the sporty ride, yet still have that Pedders comfort that we engineer into all of our dampers. But then when you are feeling frisky, you can turn the dial, and add clicks, and make it track ready. You have a 30 position adjustability of the damper valvings. An as long as you can count, you will be able to duplicate all postions rapidly and easily. Now I will be making a thread so those interested will be able to keep up and notified on future info on these really cool coil overs. I would not doubt, that will will have an introductory price to get a bunch of you to buy them, and show them off. Pedders ALWAYS wants potential owners to drive a Pedderized car. Handling and comfort is challenging to describe due to it being subjective. So to get the word out, there will probably be a to die for special 1 time price. yeah is there camber on front? because the rear pic has no camber adjustment. just height and damping.
