I say lock'em up and slide into the intersection. Then what would he do? is there a citation for trying to stop at a red light??? Its kinda fun to until you get rearended
I would definitely take it to court Brudda! There is a good chance you can beat it, or like I said he may not even show up. Can't do any harm by trying.
Failure to control, excessive speed for conditions, and... show of speed. Oh, wait. If he didn't have ESC disabled he wouldn't be able to lock em up, so, yea, blocking the intersection.
