So what is everyones first impression of SRT/C?

Damn this is fast. I'm on my 5th string Pentium III 400 with a fast lan connection in my hotel. Cool

 

I'm pretty old but not that old but sometimes I can't see so well (not age related). How about on the <new posts> display having the thread names that you haven't clicked on yet displayed in some other color instead of just being bold?

Those somewhat resemble my 1958 Date Buckle Saddle Oxfords that were the rage with the teenyboppers in 58 and 59.....

If the date buckle was open, then a kitty was available, if the buckle was fastened, then the kitty was pinned and going steady... Can you dig that?!

 

My mom tried to get me to wear saddle shoes back in middle school. What she didn't understand is while they were cool when she was a youngster, they were NOT cool in the late eighties, early nineties. But these shoes were Doc Martens a couple of sizes too big for my tootsies. Cool history lesson though!

 

You would have hated to have me for a mother little kitty, because I would have had you in a ponytail that when you bop really sails, Saddle oxfords, Poodle skirts, bobby sox.... You would have been the prettiest Hepkitty in all of Hepcat City, and of course momma would have taught you how to jitterbug and bop...

That was my dream daughter...

I'm with Drew on the font......other problem...wearing me out welcoming new members....I cant believe how this site has exploded...the district was a joke compared to this....great work by Mains, 1bad4dr, Hal and others....proud to be part of the staff...:thumb2:
