People have different views on this one way or another... I for one am all for off shore drilling and up in Alaska (there is plenty more nice Alaska to look at)...If we can find something else to replace oil that's great and I'm all for that...but until then we should be taping the resources that we have Here's step one in off shore drilling...President Bush is set to lift the executive ban on off shore drilling...the next move is to congress to lift that ban before anything can move forward. I am ALL for Off Shore exploration and Drill just as long as it is conducted in a safe and protective manner. I am NOT a Tree Hugger, but I do enjoy nature and would hate to see Mother Natures beauty destroyed because of carelessness.
I just think the whole Oil mess is bullshit... There is no reason the prices of Oil should be that high, let alone why gas prices should be this high in the US. I agree with you as well Ron... i love hiking and crap wheN I get the change, and sightseeing, (cant wait to goto colorado).. but i dont want to see us get crazy on cutting down thousands of trees !!
