The Palms is nice. Dont get me wrong. But that area surrounding is a little old and ran down. Hard Rock would be the same boat. However, Hard Rock is got some nice women there on Rehab Sundays at the pool, and they also host many concerts for a local company called Spy On Vegas, which usually offers free tickets and free drinks. (Not lying.) Look up Spy On Vegas on the net and sign up.
